Yes we offer a 3 month 6 month and 1 year warranty options which most of our competitors do not. We offer brand new equipment as well typically with a 1 or2 year warranty.
In the event that the equipment requires repair or PM service ( Preventive Maintenance ) does your company provide this service?
We are quite proficient at trouble shooting and providing necessary repairs & PM . Our Bio-Med dept. will gladly speak with you as well to clarify any concerns or issues. At the same time our service rates are most competitive.
Generally equipment will be tested and thoroughly checked and should ship within 48 hours. Shortly thereafter ,we will forward tracking.
We have been in business for 12 years with many satisfied customers and multiple repeat customers. In addition to our testimonials we will gladly supply references as well as E Mail pictures of the actual equipment.
